Joy Tsai, NP has been amazing! My normal MD is no longer available so I kinda got dumped on Joy (with me and my issues.) She has helped tremendously! Kind, patient and down to earth. Not a condescending thing ever said nor do I feel like she is speaking over my head. I feel heard and understood. Never rushed.
